The hypocrisy is obvious. People who are perfectly happy to introduce substances that are scientifically known to be harmful in certain ways (smoking tobacco/weed, taking alcohol, ecstasy etc) criticising others for consuming a drink that is thought to be a little bit bad for you.
It's all about perspective. If you cared about health rather than just winning a kids-at-college argument about Coca Cola being an evil corporation maaan then you'd make far more changes than just giving up a soft drink. All you care about is people thinking that you're better informed than them.
Which you're not. You just believe more things that you read.
