i'd rather ATCQ - Midnight Marauders, De La Soul - 3 ft high, and to allow Common completely due to how anti-white, anti mixed race he is (on moral grounds)

2001 for me, I reckon The Chronic would have made a bigger impact on me personally if I was a teenager around then. That said, I do appreciate what the Chronic did for hip hop as a genre and the influence it had.

But seriously now, 2001 got annoying. Eminem is annoying as fuck in 99.99% of all he does. the .01 is him being white trash.
The chronic was pretty good, I respect Dr. Dre and all, but I know there's better out there. There always is. No one's the "master" of the game or anything. But I always preferred Bone Thugs, Notorious BIG, and Tupac. Though Nas is my favorite. Nas and Bone Thugs. I grew up on Bone Thugs. But either or, the Chronic > 2001.

Eminem is shit. Has been for the majority of his career... Infinite and SSLP were
arguably his best works with his first (and best) guest spot being on the Missy Elliot CD
"Da Real World," commercially.
Other than that, Off the wall (ft. Redman) and Scary Movies (ft. Royce Da 5'9') were amazing...

You want to see Canibus - Last Laugh for a real hard diss record (aimed at LL) and for his
first guest spot, the 3 min demolition job he did on "Beasts from the East" - The Lost boys
(ft. Redman, A+ & Canibus.) where he makes everyone else look fucking ordinary
(and that's hard to do when you're on a record with Redman).
