But hypothetically speaking would Datsik and Borgore considered Brostep?
The king and queen of brostep

I really don't care what you group music as. Brostepbrostepbrostep. If you are not judging track on their individual merit then it is yftl.

I've never understood this. You don't complain about it being a suasage fest when you go to football game? Or when your playing basketball with you male friends? Or when your playing poker with 8 other guys. But suddenly you complain when your in a room listening to awesome music loud with other guys. Wtf? Please explain this to me.

Also I think more girls dance to 'brostep' ... then they do to deep dubby stuff.

Because posters don't love music, they just do it to get pussy?

I am married so I am not too bothered by the kielbasa festival. A little eye candy never hurt anyone tho.

Because the history of nightclubs and 'pulling' goes back many years and it's traditional... You don't do the other things intending to meet and dance with some females... Sorry mate, but you can't beat dancing and little slow grind and sniffing some hair of a female with sweating out with your male mates...

Lol dude I obviously love music, but I make it all week... Which means I have little female interaction above a porn here and there! It's nice to remind yourself girls still exist at the weekend... And where better than under the romantic waves of some loud decent music?

There is barely any dub in dubstep too! Most dubstep sounds like club beats these days, I like the thrasher heavy dubstep better than the clubby style shit for sure. And you guys want lots of girls on the dance floor!? I'll tell you the best place to go for girl to guy ratio, an Akon show!

Maybe there are less girlie's at a so called "brostep" (what an ugly name haha) show, but the girls there are usually pretty cool.

I'll completely own up to this one. I do it all the time.

I don't see the problem with it, it is somewhat sarcastic. My friends put this shit on flyers to maybe make it seem more interesting than just a couple djs mashing bass tunes up. When someone takes it seriously and it catches that is when it is scary. Everyone seems to be playing Street Bass in Pittsburgh now  Love ya Starkey but how is this stuff not dubstep?

I always took the dub in dubstep to mean that it was instrumental seeings as how it came out of a genre that was mainly vocal based (2-step, garage) a lot of djs would just ignore the vocal cut and play the dub side then later producers came along and said fuck the vocal cut all together and presto dubstep. There is defo dub influence in dubstep but since dub is pretty much the grandaddy of electronic music, it's influence is in every genre.

God Bless Bristol council...i love them:

Councillors had been told about trouble at the pub since it had become a haven for ragga music, which they were told attracted young people with aggressive attitudes.

Lol how about you fit some female interaction in your week, so that on the weekend when you go to a dubstep night, you don't have to worry about the lack of female interaction. If your making dubstep in your room all week, surely you look forward to hearing dubstep played on a full PA on the weekend? (dude, never let the lack of girls spoil your enjoyment of dubstep, just like it doesnt spoil your enjoyment of football).

Thing is, when I bring fresh meat to a dubstep party, I always tell them we're not going for the girls but for the music.

The girls that _are_ at a dubstep night are probably weird raver chicks anyways, just like I'm a weird raver guy.
