i lied. i dont know my bmi but im fucking skinny. my wrist is as thin as a skinny girls. got a bit of chub on the belly.. need to rid and replace with 6pack.

gonna do the fightclub diet soon and just work on upper and look hench like brad pitt

ive never been. if i think im getting fat i just dont eat.

about 3 weeks ago i ate a potnoodle a day for 8 days and lost a fair bit... its easier..
