Pretty standard answer, but I don't think anyone can beat Coki when it comes to well done wobble tracks.

Mount Eden is really good at making the basses do the wobbles. He make REally nice Wibble.

Undeniably Tes La Rok. Skream's older stuff was awesome too, not that much into the wobbly stuff anymore. Not since the meow generation destroyed it. Every time Funtcase comes on my nose hurts.

Sukh Knight... can be a bit boring and repetitive but at least all of his productions are crisp not like most of these wobbles.
