Jebus - had no idea what a can of wormy shitstorminess I was opening with this thread...
Thoughts:
Props to the poster who recognized Bathory's drummer - but then recognizing a Venom tee is probably pretty easy if you're from Newcastle

. Kinda weird that dude went from helping invent Black Metal to directing Lady Caca videos though...
To the poster that advised skepticism in all things because the possibility for error is always there - Yes. That.
For those who want to chase the proverbial rabbit further down the hole, do a search for "Tavistock Beatles." Again, not an endorsement of that line of ideas, just interesting to read.
As always I think the truth in these things is never black or white, always shades of gray. For example, the Masons aren't an all or nothing proposition (either totally running the show globally or just silly old men with funny aprons) - there's plenty of well-documented and real evidence that they've practiced collusion in matters of government in the past, but the scale and completeness attributed to those acts of corruption by conspiracists is just ridiculous. Just as with policemen, some of 'em are gonna let the power go to their head and go bad and some of 'em are really genuine about becoming better people. Whether or not there's another layer or layers beneath all that and they're all pawns in a larger overarching game, well... I'm a big fan of Occam's Razor too.
And finally - yeah, this has been an interesting thread for sure. Less for the original post that sparked it and more for the range of replies it produced. I'm always pleasantly surprised at what smarties many of you are.
