very early stages still, just thort i'd see wat u lot think?
Soundcloud
cheers!
Pros:
-You absolutely nailed the early dubstep feel
-Drums are superb, and remain interesting throughout the whole track
-Great spaced-out vibes
-Loving the jungle-y bass
Cons:
-Needs some more variation
I know it's a WIP but you've only got a short intro and the first drop, and the track doesn't really develop much. Just keep doing what you've been doing and you'll have a superb final product in no time!
Cheers for the feedback Neon, much appreciated, i shal be working on the intro and some more variation and i shal post this agen soon.
peace!

Pros:
-Well mixed
-Good snares
-Bass is definitely unique
-Filthy!
Cons:
-Needs more build-up on the drop-- it kind of just drops in, there's not a lot of warning. This is especially a problem for the double-time drop near the end. If you're going to get away with doing something this atonal there's got to be more build.
Not really my thing-- I like stuff a little more melodic-- but there's definitely an audience for this and it's a pretty well-produced track on the technical front. You just need to sort out the structure so there aren't so many jarring transitions. If you need inspiration, try putting the intro beeps in again after the first pause, then go to the second part of the drop after that-- that would be a good starting point. You shouldn't feel like you have to stick to a certain structure but intro-drop-intro-build-drop makes the song a lot easier to skank to.
Thanks man, gonna work on it some more today and flesh it out.

The style of this isn't really my cup of tea, but the production work is astounding!

The track could use a little direction, but I really like the sound of your bass.
Once the drop happens, this is pretty nice! Keep workin on it

nice one man, i havent really started building the track yet as such, kind of plugged in a bit of a riff so i could make the bass.
it's somewhat stuck in my head now the way it is, always the way haha..

Well just get somethin going with that sound man, it's sick.
I forgot, here is the track I started workin on today. After I uploaded it and listened to it I realize it sounds a bit like Reso's Armored Core, but F it, it wasn't intentional.

@JJAMUS Smooooooooooth!
from 1.25-1.40 i was so curious about what to expect to come, was waiting for a kind of a drop with the same.. but abit switched up
whole thing was very interesting from start to finish tho, never wanted to just stop it. but needs just something more
intro made me think of idm and glitchy music that i used to listen to like a mad man.
very smooth! keep working on it! the percussions so addictive!

@killah_buddah sounding nice man, its pretty catchy and im liking the guitar bit.
@jjamus yea nice vibes in this one but i agree with the other comment, the percussion is real nice but it needs something more added to it to keep it going.
Heres mine
Soundcloud
Some nice synths and vocal chops in this one, id like to think its pretty much finished and want to send it off to be mixed down so any final thoughts appreciated! I think i need to filter out or take out the main synth you here from the start so theyre not constant all the way through. And is the sidechain a bit too much? Cheers!

@CBK81: the automation on the lfo rate is really smooth, should def keep that. i'd say add in some more hats and percussion, and you have yourself a solid foundation for a banger.
@j-one: wow. i'm loving the vibes in this one. really giving me some ideas to experiment with tabla sounds. i'm not really sure how you could improve this one, it sounds damn close to release quality. nice work.
@DannyH93: this has potential, i'd say work on the buildup a little bit, needs more tension. the drop is pretty nice, if you switched up the lfo rate on the lead bass sound could make it more interesting.

@ j-one -- this is ace, nice work! professional mixdown at the very least
@ narrator -- EXCELLENT job on your bass patch. Proper Noisia stuff mate!
@ CBK81 -- Good start, perhaps modify the bass patch a bit to give it some variance. Good kick/snare work as well.
@ Astral -- Ace work mate, proper catchy and great mixdown
Here's a clip of one I'm working on. Cheers
