Am not at all questioning the 3 tunes you posted... they are excellent tracks that smash it on a big system. BUT having read the original conversation that started this thread, do you REALLY think the person who started it will like them?

it's just about exposure. totally understand the OP is into the more 'filthy' (god i hate that term) stuff, but letting them know that dubstep is more than midrange buzz makes me feel like i've contributed something.

if they don't like it, they don't like it, but at least they know it's out there.

this is good. i really hate how a good 70% of all new members excited about this genre that they "just discovered" get scared off because of a few assholes. I started off listening to most of the stuff dsf hates on, but because of this site I expanded my tastes dramatically.

Hahaha t hat's hilarious. Because of course I have to have something with more words probably. Honestly, for the while that I've been listening to dubstep it's been completely blind. No artists names, nothing. My boyfriend seriously wouldn't let anyone get on his itunes or burn a copy until he got tired of it.
I also have this friend in Honolulu who'd always mention dubstep and when i was exposed to it i was able to ask her about artists she knew, the only one i remember her specifically mentioning was Vaski.
It's not like I'm going to listen to dubstep on an ipod through headphones, I'm going to bump it the fuck up and feel the waves of sound react to one in other in that crazy way that can only be expressed through dubstep.
Now, I may have trolled for five minutes on Omegle but I already have what I want. Especially since most of you are pretty nice and have already hooked me up with links.
So really, you can't scare me. hahaha. ILIKETHEMUSIC.

ignore this rubbish.. yh u do get loads bad music on youtube (remixes of pop tunes) but there are absolute gems to b found by unknown artists.. and in my experience these unknown producers have alot more to prove than well known artists so u find that some are amazin pieces of music.. thats my opinion anyways.. good luck findin tunes

AS for this mix, it's pretty sick. I think it get's the best at like eleven minutes during that speech. I like when dubstep has political speeches, like that one with Bush about the terrorist attacks? I'm gunna have to get a link up for that one somehow. It's pretty ill.
But as for that one, I like it because it's got all the different layering of sounds. I don't know how it really sounds yet not stoned and in a room secluded from the world.
I like it, I wish it was heavier. But it's interesting. Definitely worth a good twenty minutes.

of course you are right ... artists don't give a fuck if you publish their tunes on public forums before they are released. Just as I am sure Skream didn't give a fuck that his album was leaked. You just go on ahead ripping tunes from other people's mixes and republishing them!
