Although I'm happy with Distance mixing this, It's a direction for the series that I didn't really expect...

Any thoughts? I mean, Distance is sure to deliver with big tunes and good mixing, but perhaps representation of the whole sound could have been achieved better by a number of other DJ's... just saying.

Will be good anyway.

BIG UP DISTANCE :4: :5:

Edit @ Joeki, I think Distance has been in the dubstep business long enough to establish a good representation and I'm sure he'll do a perfect job.

couldnt disagree more... distance could get dubs from a massive variety of people, an am sure will represent a decent amount of artists, as well as having access to some of the best dubs in the business that a lot of artists might not have (Himself, Cyrus, Tunnidge, Kryptic Minds)...anyway, who says the whole sound needs to be represented in 1 cd? you end up not really going deep into anything that way

A two artist edition would have been more appropriate at this moment in time and I stand by that.

Again, I'm not saying I disagree with Distance at the helms of this. His mix is sure to deliver, but I guess in contrast to some I'm taking in mind that this is THE BEST dubstep series out there and it has always REPRESENTED the scene in the best possible way. With the new directions dubstep is taking, I think it would have been cool to have one disc atleast focusing more on offshoot genre's and artists, something that to this point hasn't been massivly present in Distance's sets. That is all.

Looking forward to it though, really I am.
