Seeing as this thread is already sticky, and references it, it seemed unnecessary.

I have found an easier and faster way to make dubstep, and you never have to jump into a program; and it is not ripping pieces out of other's music. To make all of the sound effects and wobbles for my tunes, I used my own music and run it through the classic Korg Kaoss Pad at filter number 75. When you swipe your fingers all over it, you get some pretty sick dynamic sounds and wobbles. It works with any audio input, even voice. Usually 80% of the song is distorted and changed while 20% can be hear faintly most of the time so making music using skrillex or any other artists will not workout if you plan on selling CDs of your music because of copyright laws. The good thing about the 20% that can be heard, is that it gets added into the the filtering to make some really unique sounds. This is the first time I have evr told people how to make a pro sounding, base wobble and sound effect out of the program.
After you record it, you can go in and cut out anything you want, mash it up, I am sure you guys know what to do. Once you have your desired sound/handmade synth, the only thing now is the add filters and filter are your friends. Especially phasers, comb filters (With delays too), and the Reverberator from LMMS.
I hope I have help you guys out. If you have any questions about this or other tricks to do with a Koass Pad, please feel free to bug me about it.

Another thing, if you hold the RCA input cables end with the other end going into 'Input", you can make some sick wobbles with static as well. Happy Wubbing. Haha.
