fair play i enjoyed that doco.

you city folk got a completely dif opinion to how how i feel being from a small farming town! just a hand full of real dubstep fans in south west wales and most of us live miles apart. bit tricky to get us together for a jam/mix/events or what not. in ways i feel that dubstep to me is a doubled eaged sword in my town of carmarthen.

good points
im the only proper dubstep dj in town and get more gigs from it!
tangled parrot record shop is based here and matt (the owner) is a huge fan. so much he lost his own money to organise and promote events to play the likes of skream, mala, appleblim and pinch.
i feel that its good to have dubstep here as carmarthen is a heavy dnb town and most dnb djs are very snidy with each other. what dus not push things fwd one single bit.

and bad points

im the only one who djs dubstep....... no one really intune to work and produce with or give diversaty of choice.
dnb heads cant stand dubstep here and really carries down to the core underground music fans...
the smoking ban has rendered all fans goin to events (dnb aswell) in one pub. so its lucky to get the place booked and promoted .... if dnb aint on the bill the poeple wont turn up. and if people wont turn up there is no money for future events.......

besides all that...... i love dubstep and im not giving up no matter how many times i hear silly impressions of dubstep and hear the line its to slow

Nice one! Need to reach Corsica...

I been making films for a while and was thinking about some dubdocu bizniz. Haven't been getting around enough, though. Plus most of my film crew aren't really into the sound.
