a place called the crab market , in Kampot/Kep inCambodia had the porniest food i remember.
Fresh fried sea food,shark etc and all with amazing sauces made from their speciality kampot peppercorns. Like pepper you have never tasted before

Wish i bought more of this stuff home cos its expensive online but cheap as anything out there.

Should have taken a pic of the plated dish but here is tonights salmon marinading
It was marinated in honey, soy, fresh coriander, fresh ginger, 1 clove of garlic and half a red onion and it was absolutely stunning...12 mins in the oven in a deep baking dish and the dish covered with foil...the marinade was spooned on before cooking as well and it went into the salmon perfectly

I used smoked garlic as well which I think worked well with everything else...I had a surplus of an out of control coriander plant so used tons
