Been listening to a lot of emo lately...

The Get Up Kids' "Four Minute Mile," "Red Letter Day" and "Woodson" EPs, and of course "Something To Write Home About"... I got to see them play STWHA at Riot Fest this year and it was incredible. The night before the played a small show with Modern Baseball and played for about 90 minutes. It was great.

I Hate Myself, Saves The Day ("Can't Slow Down" especially), Jawbreaker, Christie Front Drive, Further Seems Forever...

on the "emo revival" a really like the aforementioned Modern Baseball, Basement, Balance and Compsure, Have Mercy, Free Throw, Tiny Moving Parts...

I don't know if it's "emo" but Transit and Seahaven also put out great records in 2014.
