This was posted by Gantz some time ago. He said he spoke to Viv since he doesn't even have a copy himself. No details though

so is this the original attraction that's on youtube that we're talking about or attraction vip? there is a vip right? cause it says "attraction dub" which could mean either if he just changed the name of the tunes.

It's the original. vip's staying a joe nice special :)
And yeah there's no way we were gonna clear that sample so that's why it's basically a white (black) label.
Got the masters back they are sounding murderous. :i:

just a quick question, because i've been wondering about this for a while: does it really make a difference to put something out on "white label" when you still got a label name behind it and everybody knows who produced the tune? it's not like it's some obscure record that just dropped out of nowhere and nobody knows who to contact when they're planning to take legal actions.

I suppose that if you sell the record without any info on it, even if everybody knows where it comes from, as a copyright owner you still would need to prove that the profits from the record are actually going to the supposed label/artist, and that costs money. If we're talking about a pressing of 500 copies, even 1000 I guess, I'm not sure it's worth it.
