Actually I did have a conversation with someone outside a club in Exeter once where they were trying to convince me the gay bar there was actually still good to go to even if you're straight due to it being more party and less aggy than the generic clubs around

I've honestly never been to one though. If there was one with good music on I'd probably check it out just so many I reckon still play bait tunes like regular clubs. Horse Meat Disco is at a gay bar though isn't it? I mean I do like disco.

gay bars can be a right laugh, there is one in Bromley that is always open for a few hours after the pubs close, go there at pub kick out time and accept free drinks from guys all night then mug them off by telling them you're straight just before you're about to leave
