Re: Plasticman - Japan
people should know me by now that when a date is set in stone I'll post it up. Nothing set in stone yet so no date.
It's a complicated pressing. The tune was made in 2004, we've waited 6 years i'm sure a couple more months won't hurt

Must be a nice feeling when a tune you made a long old time ago is still being rallied for a release....most tracks would have been forgotten about by now....but not this one - and rightly so. Big tune still...plastician wrote: The tune was made in 2004, we've waited 6 years i'm sure a couple more months won't hurt

Re: Plasticman - Japan
Again, like I stated before.
This is not a top top priority. It will happen at some time in the future, but until I've sorted out a shedload of other more urgent stuff I won't start the mastering process for this one.
Japan was produced in 2004 / 2005 - 5 or 6 years ago, so waiting a few more months shouldn't hurt it.
When we do get around to sorting it, it will be a limited press of 2000 vinyl only, never to be re-pressed. One side will be serato control vinyl, the other normal analog vinyl of Japan. It'll be packaged and designed really nice to make it a collectors piece. I'm still in the process of moving house as well as setting up the full terrorhythm back catalog for digital release in 2011 across all major digital music outlets. This as well as setting up everything so that the label can be run more smoothly into 2011 after various mishaps in the last 12 months.
Sorry if this is putting a downer on it, unfortunately there are more urgent matters at hand right now. Rest assured that as soon as I know anything, it will be up here / on my twitter / facebook for the world to see.

Re: Plasticman - Japan
I think it is remarcable that one of the most incredible tunes in dubstep that practicaly every dub head knows about and most love remains un released! Big up on getting round to it and I will deffinately nab a copy when it is released. This tune is definately a percy big ups on digging it out and getting it cut. What about having a 2010/11 refix on it as well that would be crazy.
Big ups Plasticman original badman.

Safe!
It is released just only digitally.
Not going to do a remix. Its best left alone I think
