daddy kool's was amazing. they got plenty of my pocket money in my school lunch breaks lol. yeh that guy was GRUMPS tho, forgot about that!

i love the shops where they don't appear to want to sell you anything

the other guys who worked there were cool though and i discovered enough new stuff that i wouldn't have heard of elsewhere.

I'm feeling generous as just finished work early so will up a few things in a while

ha nah i find that quite annoying. i ALWAYS get ignored in record shops! even when i know all the staff in there... it's like i have the face of someone who doesn't like music?!

haven't been dub vendor since i were like... 17. nah, 16! went there after i got my GCSE results to celebrate by buying myself some musics. is fluffy white kangol hat breh still there?

lol what have you done to p*ss them off??!

i haven't been for a number of years, i think in remember someone like that..the reggae section wasn't as big as i was expecting, with all the hip-hop at the front..i usually end up at the berwick st shops instead when i'm down in london.

daddy kool gone and that other one... the one that there was two of... RECKLESS! and mr cd has closed down a couple of weeks ago. they had a massive 'everything for £1 sale' but i missed it. berwick street isn't so amazin right now...

yeah i noticed that when i was down last year, that area seems to be getting a lot of trendy sushi/dimsum/thai restaurants so i guess the rents are going up and pricing them out which is a shame..

damn, mr cd was a goldmine for cheap cds - £1 though?!!
