This place is fucking sick! I've got to move here, sell the house, sell the kids, I'm never coming back. Hot blondes on electric blue singlespeeds, hot brunettes on $3000 road bikes, this is heaven...

Next stop - Fort Collins then onto Laramie!
the blog is really good stuff mate.

i am a little surprised however you don't have a streaming cam mounted to your handle bars :(
Yeah i just gave it a read.. excellent stuff. Wish i was fit enough to do something like this.

Went up past the 3000m line today and it was blue skies all the way. Prob is though the weather can change so quick you'll be eating yellow snow before you know it. Be Prepared is the motto of the day, or Stay In Bed.

Boulder looks stunning btw

I'd prob be looking at all the scenery and not where I was going and cycle off a ravine or straight into a tree.

Just made it to Laramie in Wyoming. Today was the longest, windiest ride I've ever done - 120 miles from Boulder. I'm completely twatted. Only 1,800 miles to go...

FUCK!

we got another mate joining us for the first week, he doesn't bike, he just cruises around killing wildlife and expending the worlds energy reserves :)

Just arrived in Dubois - about 300 miles from Laramie on the way to Yellowstone. We cheated today, did the whole lot in the suburban beast and saved ourselves at least 4 days of riding across uninhabited plains - no joke believe me.

The tour starts proper tomorrow, 180 miles ridden and 1600 miles left to Vancouver...

Here's some pics so far! http://picasaweb.google.com/alan.buttler

Grand Teton! Man its fucking amazing here, but I didn't think we'd make it - the roads only opened yesterday, last week they were still under 8 feet of snow...

It was so cold on the ride over the pass that our chains froze when we stopped more than a few minutes...
