dunno about single artists..
too many good ones out there,
and i bet i havent even seen half of the best work in the world..
but when it comes 2 crews i gotta go 4 the Central & South American ones,including;
Punto EXE
MIBE
SF
SKE
& Bio Tats..
p.s. has anyone seen the work Victor Mora, Vitche, Neon & Won ABC did in Havana on Yemaya wall??? most incredible thing i've seen..they literally covered the whole building!!
