dunno about single artists..
too many good ones out there,
and i bet i havent even seen half of the best work in the world..

but when it comes 2 crews i gotta go 4 the Central & South American ones,including;

Punto EXE
MIBE
SF
SKE
& Bio Tats..

p.s. has anyone seen the work Victor Mora, Vitche, Neon & Won ABC did in Havana on Yemaya wall??? most incredible thing i've seen..they literally covered the whole building!! :o (looks like noah's ark graffiti style :lol: )

STATIONS OF THE ELEVATED(1979) is an astonishingly beautiful film about graffiti-covered trains hurtling through a strange urban landscape of a decaying civilization. The music of Charles Mingus counterpoints the recurring visual riffs of the tension-filled imagery. "A beautifully photographed study... (Mingus') music is composed like a series of city still-lifes. Certain images linger: the battered train reading 'Heaven is Life, Earth is Hell,' rumbling through the South Bronx, or a smiling billboard face fragmented by the shadowy structure of the Brooklyn Bridge." -- Marita Sturken, AFTERIMAG
