I think you mean Daphne Oram.
And after a quick read of this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daphne_Oram
I think you will agree that while she did indeed establish the BBC radiophonic workshop (which was the birthplace of the Dr Who theme), she actually resigned before it (the theme) was created. (And it (the theme) was actually created by Delia Derbyshire)
But yeah would be very interesting indeed to see what either of those legendary pioneers would have come up with! If only they were still with us.

I def have to agree with the aforementioned RZA and Blockhead doing dubstep. That would be killer. I didn't read through all the posts, so I don't know if they've been mentioned already, but I would love to hear Massive Attack do some dubstep. And then I'd have to say Thom Yorke...it would be so righteous to hear him sing over some dubstep.

strange... people are mentioning a lot of people who have already got records with dubstep out.
Venetian Snares had one a while back.
Modeselektor have loads of dubstep on their new album + a bunch of remixes floating around for other artists. Like for example the remix they did for Ghislain Poirier.
Thom Yorke has two Eraser Remix 12" out, both of which feature some heavy dubstep remixes.
anyways as to a list of people I'd like to hear come up with something:
1) Rick Rubin
2) dj Shadow
3) Photek
