thing is, a who else has dropped the tune that rusko "may" have pased it on too?, and second i have never heard too many dubs from rusko where he put vocs on it gave it out like that - iono seems like things are just a little confused more then anything - its all abit too vague

I agree Waste, i love rusko to the bone coz him n caspa got me into dubstep, but if he did steal the tune then that is fuckingbang out of order and personally every1 that has made a stupid reply like this will be funny n im waiting for the drama are just idiots. Coz it is rusko most peps are to scared or to something to say they think he was out of order. Coz if the thread starter said any joe from this forum stole his tune then peps would be cuting right into him. But as i do not know if rusko did steal the tune or not i'm not going to pass judgment on him.shredexx wrote:WASTEMAN!!!Legendary wrote:lol...
Look after your dubs!
Unless you have copyright of the tune (as in a dated package of it sitting infront of you, unopened) you can't moan at all..
I wouldn't send my tunes to anyone who I didn't trust with them..
You can't do ANYTHING unless you have a form of copyright what will stand up in court for this tune so .. really you're just giving a producer/DJ a bad name for your own mistake..If you was a serious producer you would of went to court and won behind closed doors instead of trying to ruin someones reputation cause you don't know how to look after your work! Even if this is your tune, I have no sympathy tbh...If you was a professional you would of done it a totally different way instead of pointing the finger and blaming to, well practically the world! I don't care that its rusko cause tbh I am not much of a fan but the man makes a living purely on this reputation, think before you act..
Lock / Delete
I really dont think this guy is looking for a court settlement. This is a matter of principle. He blatantly sent the tune to Rusko to get it played in the first place. Its just a fucking joke that Rusko has decided to take credit for it. This isnt some sort of legal battle.
At the end of the day... Rusko makes people go sick at raves... now im not saying what he does is what i love about dubstep... but there is a time and place for everything... If people are playing your tunes without asking you... the least they can do is credit you for making it... its almost humiliating having your tune 'stolen' from you...
so settle yourself down judge judy... and lets see what happens.

Word... you get this on Hip Hop mixtapes all the time with those massive echoed shouts over the top... it's just so that your average bedroom DJ can't just dub the big tunes that a big DJ has got through contacts/exclusives/reputation/whatever and then play them out... if you gave Funkmaster Flex or Green Lantern a new tune and he wanted to play it, you'd end up with someone shouting the DJs name over it at intervals just short enough to make it uncopyable.pdomino wrote:The samples over tracks help surely and sort of stamp it so it cant be recorded off. Surely contacting his agency would be easier.
Think about how much we all fiend for new releases... if you were a DJ with a sick tune that nobody else had yet then it's fairly natural to want to make sure it stayed a bit exclusive for a while...
