sorry but BBQ sauce is king on chips!

My sausage pitta:

Fry up some onions and garlic in a pan
add the sausages
fry until just cooked
slice down the middle
put slices of cheese on meaty side
add a few drops of lee & perrins some pepper some tobasco
place under grill
wait until cheese has all melted

in the mean time
put pitta under grill or in toaster or woteva
once its done, slice in half
squirt some ketchup in each side, spread around with a knife
put some slices of cucumber in, a bit of lettice, a bit of spring onion
once sausages are done, put them in the pitta

finished

also, the best jacket potato ever! (more chorizo!)
cook in the oven till its pretty much done,
cut in half
then cut lines into it with a knife, put a knob of butter on each side
add a thin layer of grated cheese
then some lee and perrins
then add some chopped up peices of chorizo
then add ALOT more grated chesse so chorizo is covered.
put it back in the oven

while its cookin, get some baked beans going in a pan
add a tin of tuna
add some tobasco
once potato is all melted and cheese is gooey, put it on a plate, pour bean and tuna mixture over it.

Some quality shit here... IMHO Reggae Reggae sauce is dope - I love jerk anyway but RR sauce is a piss-easy way of getting that flavour, but it goes with every m/f ing thing!

Currently rinsing:

# Those frozen fruits packets (for making pies & stuff) - blim them up into ice cream - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

# Actually saying that just mix them in with anything sweet-ish. Drinks included. Or just eat them on their own.

# A random selection of cakes, biscuits & chocolate bars - put the fuckers in a blender fpr a few seconds & then compact together in a sort of turd-shape 8)
different every time, & WILL make you feel sick every time, guaranteed.

# Classic - hula hoops & cheddar cheese

# For the ILLEST intense flavour:

- lush bread
- feta cheese
- pesto
- sun dried tomatoes
- bacon
- red pepper

Whygohome10's taco salad

the ingredients and sauces are interchangeable considering the various tastes here on dsf however the mess it creates can be quite large for you lazy ass stoners  oh and it makes left overs

1 or 2 fresh tomatoes preferably ripe during summer months but during winter tomatoes flown in from half way around the world should work too
fresh lettuce - i like spring mix by dole but any should do fine
1 can refried black beans
1 Pound ground beef
Some Blue corn chips really top this off well
Chalula Hot and or tobasco sauce
Taco Seasoning

Cook the meat in pan with taco seasoning and a 1/4 cup of water till it looks cooked (easy to tell...)

Cook the refried black beans (if you dont know how go away)

chop the tomato

last step is to add any other type of greens you would like, jalapeno, green onion, cilantro maybe even some tomatillo whatever you like

mix everything in a big bowl and add a shit ton of hot sauce(use it like you would ranch or caeasar.. ha) then top with blue corn chips and maybe some sour cream or guacamole and fckin eat it till its gone.

cant believ i forgot about this gem.

Spaghetti

Philadelphia spreadable cheese (THE GARLIC AND HERBS ONE)

Red onion

Bacon/chorizo/parma ham/sausage (sliced)

Jalapenos

tiny bit of milk.

Cook spaghetti, Fry up all the onions, meat and jalapenos. together, sieve the spaghetti out and chuck in the onions and shit with it. Add a generous helping of philadelphia and a tiny bit of milk then stir the sit out of it

Note: Make sure the pasta is still piping hot when doingthe strirring so the philadelphia turns all creamy into a nice litttle sauce.

I would happily pay 8/9 quid in a restaurant for this fucking AMAZING dish that i made myself.
