DJs that use CDs to mix
i use ten inch dubs, mostly for the price, the 12s do sound good thoughSignus wrote:12" dubs are louder and have better sound quality than 10"
I think the original reason that everyone in Dubstep seemed to use 10" was because of the price

Strictly vinyl/dubplates
always played with vinyl ever since I started DJ'ing and couldn't imagine it doing it anyway else.. would feel like cheating on myself or something crappy thing is that my mate who I play with b2b a lot of times does play cd's and I tend to always fuck up the mix when I'm mixing from cd to vinyl.. just can't get to find peace with those cdj's..

got a pair of pioneer 800's... It was sad to stop buying vinyl, but I couldn't afford it any more. I'm still doin my thing with my CDs. I'm not ashamed any more, I'm just glad I have the memories of being a vinyl junkie for 10 years. Never getting rid of my wax, so I'll always have the memories. I'm Just getting with the times. Sticking with CDJs until they make Serato a little easier to hook up. There's nothing like the touch of a 1200.
