I think he should move to Croydon so we can do it there.

I would get the coach its much cheaper.

London is a no brainer for two reasons

Firstly, 12% of the UK population live in London compared to just 7.1& in the East Midlands region.

Secondly, any truly dedicated Europeans can catch a Eurolines coach or Eurostar to London easily, but East midlands...

I'm willing to organise it, but you guys need to give me a bit of time to get things together (3 months at least).

If someone else can do better earlier, then good for you and I'll attend your event :)
