but if you don't know anything about politics then you need to find somthing out, they are both old enough to vote.

they annoyed me by laughing at their ignorance in an improtant aspect of their lifes, their ignorance in politics effects my life, and they are joking about it!

finally fell asleep only to get a phone call from my waxers boyfriends saying he kicked hm out. I found a few roaches in my apartment last week and when I went to my landlord she told me they didn't cover it. For some reason since day one I've hated the bitch. So since I was waiting for my friends boyfriend to come over to crash on my couch i decided to go over my lease and to my surprise I found out that she was lying. I can't wait to call her a stupid c**t again. I get into a fight with her every other month, and mind you I pay my rent two months ahead of time and don't play loud music at night. C**T!!!!

god that bitch is going to get it tomorrow, I almost can't go back to sleep dreaming about all the foul shit I am going to say to her.

He's now started to send me private emails blaming the third engineer (who has over 20 years experience at much higher levels and bloody knows his stuff) as it is all this engineers fault that it doesnt work and nothing is being delivered.... (i get bold text and colour too! "i was told to do this etc etc

) and of course - if he had been allowed to do it his way in the first place it would have been much better

. This past week I have stayed after work about 8 hours in all, explaining the same thing to him over and over and over in several different ways and he still does it the opposite way everytime and totally misses the point.... arrrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

i am finding it nigh on impossible to keep my patience - i'm normally pretty laidback, tolerant and helpful - but I believe have finally found my limit.

is it really bad of me to start shouting that i hate stupid people? It's not the fact that they may or may not be stupid, this guy isnt - but it's the fact that he has zero respect for anyone's advice and experience and then whines and argues about it like a little girl.

I can't fucking stand stupid people, so you're not alone there ddd! More specifically, stupid people with ideas above their station (I love that phrase).

He sounds like an absolute prick. I think you should probably have a word with him as his incompetence is having an impact on your work. Know it alls are almost as annoying as stupid people. We had one like that at my old job, he was a right fucking bellend. Makes me angry thinking about it now. Wow I've got a lot of hate.

yeah kins - i have repeatedly...

and now reported everything to the bossman who just tried to shrug it off as communication problems...

well that's until i told him that if it carried on this way, they will lose the contract and the experienced guy had a proper rant about it independently - he's listening a bit more now.

i'm just about to sit down and respond to the girly whine that it's all the other guys fault in a constructive email for the zillionth time. I'm working out how to phrase it.... i'm quite liking "develop some professional maturity" and "personal accountability" at the moment... throw in a few "respect your mentor's experience" and a "grow up, stop whingeing, fuck off and leave me alone to do my work" and it should be snorted!
