i never quite got around to saying bye to my insomnia.
i can count on two hands the amount of good nights of ssleep ive had in six months.
i worry too much ( losing my hair )
and think too much!!

i'm just like that. Lately I found a trick that seems to work: I try to visualize my stupid thoughts. Since the moment right before I finally fall asleep is always accompanied by visuals, I try to force that moment to come faster by picturing my thoughts, or part of them. It seems to stop them from being so abstract and hectic. I start by visualising a car/a person/whatever and then I just follow that image unfold. When I lose it, I'll pick another. Even if it won't get you to sleep, it surely is a much more relaxing activity than banging your thoughts around in your skull.
It should make it easier, unless you're trying to sleep when u're not even tired. That can't be helped in my experience..
or, listening to audio-books on headphones also helps sometimes. depends on the audio-book I guess. I've been listening to Dan Gilbert - "Stumbling on happiness" (it's not one of those stupid self-help ones, it just sounds like it) and it does the trick almost everytime.

sleeping pills suck because i am already naturally crabby, when i take them, i m teeerrible.
smoking ( can't for another day )
and your whole thought process, thats what i do every night, except when i think of an abstract object my mind starts wondering and thinking about every bend/shape and it just drives me crazy!

Wahey... 28 years old and you're told that you may have cancer. Woohoo!
been meaning to ask you about this, have your test results come back yet?

Yeah the guy was mental. This was at a party, he was fucked, started on everyone, fell over on glass and sliced his face and neck open, then got shards of glass and slashed his wrists to pieces. I managed to rinse off most of the big blood patches luckily, but theres still specks on it.

Don't worry about it, mate; The kids of Bangkok will only grow up to be prostitutes and triads, anyway.
