thats wicked news, this thread has been productive; like 3-4 of the tracks I've posted will be given out/released so far, happy with that :D

today I thought it would be appropriate, in the wake of all these new burial releases, to post my favourite old unreleased burial bit. A grime masterpiece... buap!

wicked chill dubplate today from early last year that I haven't heard in ages, since it's a VIP I'm guessing it won't get a release, like most of the best mala tracks :(
seen it listed somewhere as I Wait VIP, other places as Part 2..

Post by Blerim » Wed Mar 30, 2011 7:02 pm

big sample as always from burial!

todays tune is by Sharmaji, from New York :W:

this is my favourite South Asian influenced track; love the way the bellowing bassline takes you off guard at 2:05
messaged sharmaji (on this forum) about this not too long ago and he said he was unable to get hold of the vocalist, so it's gonna remain a dubplate :(

Big up blerim for keeping this thread running still. Reminds there's still some bangers out there, untouched.

I listen to that one quite a lot, one hell of a tune
"If your chest ain't rattlin it ain't happenin'" - DJ Pinch
"Move pples bodies and stimulate their minds"
we just ride the wave
Life sucks; Get used² it.

big up your mum

Big tune, hope G Double was right too. On a side note, the truth and silkie collab should also be appearing on said album!
