I'm not sure if you're aware, but Google has a minimum threshold of £60 earned before they pay out, so you'd be looking at 12-15+ weeks before you'd see any sort of money, and then another 12-15 weeks for the next paycheck (and so on...) if you're planning to go at that rate

my advice: don't "aim" for anything, just work your ass off 30min-1hour a day writing and promoting your blog. just one hour, that's it, don't even look at the adsense until the end of the month. the hours add up and before you know it you stop stressing the numbers and just get surprised by the deposits. it's way more fun if you don't focus on the £

Yeah you can hit the threshold your first month if you write a lot and comment a lot of other blogs for followers.
