this Sterling furore is fucking ridiculous.
Sterling speaking out about fatigue sounds like an eminently sensible and honest thing to say, in an important qualifier. How are people questioning his commitment to England? 19 years old, a guy who is very rapidly a key player in the PL, UCL and international stage, all of which is a complete change to 18 months/ two years ago. lets not burn him out i say

And if he just rolled over and played every game exactly the same people would be bitching about his career being dogged by injuries or "lack of spark" by the time he's 27.

Sterling's one of the brightest prospects in English football right now... he needs protecting for the future. I can't remember who wrote it, but some ex-pro wrote a great piece on youth team culture in Germany a few months ago. Like the way they actually use their youth teams. Sterling's probably got at least another season until he should even be playing for England full time tbh.

People are impatient morons.

Word you can see the effects of bussing too much from a player early already in Jackie W's chronic injuries

The assumption is that he's resting himself in the internationals to be fit again for Liverpool

i hate him now tbh. he don't give a fuck about playing or winning, he lost his humility and is now arrogant as fuck and don't pay his taxes. A real shame

He's always seemed like a pretty nice bloke from what I've seen, but I can't say I follow the Spanish league too closely.

Seems like one of those stereotypically boring-as-fuck sporting geniuses.

see, its bullshit like this article http://www.latintimes.com/watch-lionel- ... oll-181997
watched the video, he literally smiles and waves at all the kids first then clearly just misses the kid cos he's focussing on the official.

as for his money, he obviously won't be managing his tax returns, that will be 100% out of his hands and idgaf anyway.
