I have on average 5 cups a day and maybe 2 cups of rooibos tea, caffeine free.

I drink far less red bill than i used to , but i've never been able to eat breakfast

i also eat breakfast, or at least brunch, every day

This goes for most energy drinks. However, if you're going to drink one, make it Red Bull because it looks way classier than Monster.
