Busy weekend in ill-aye. :corndance: Sake bombs in noho, birthday/house party, king's cup, Pinch, Amoeba. Get massively inebriated and adore/devour El Gran Burrito, vomit it back out the next day just remembering how truly it tastes. Hermosa Beach. Melting Pot. Back to usual come Monday.

Working tomorrow but I just put a deposit down on my first flat! Also bought a tasty 37" Samsung TV and 5.1 Surround Sound for some serious film watching.

Plus playing at Cable tonight alongside Cotti, Crazy D, Raggs, Enme, Slumdogz, Diesel and others. Only a fiver to get in if anybody fancies it. Going to go kinda hard (as it'll be mainly jump up/filthsteppas) but will be playing some Kromestar, Benton, Mensah, Pistonsbeneath, LX-One, Compa and Fable, in there too.

Then FA Cup final piss up and night out in Clapham (not my choice but somebodys birthday.....but will be decent to catch up with a few people). Then all day in bed/working on a new 128-135 mix on Sunday before playing footy in the evening to round off the weekend.

If anybodys got some any decent house-y bits to recommend then let me know!! Sorter a Julio Bashmore, Redlight, Damu, Jack Dixon kinda vibe.

Was told yesterday that after my operation I couldn't drink. Went for my outpatient yesterday and told I could drink along. First pint in 2 months was bliss. :h:

Sounds like you have to dust down the interview suit.

i don't even own a suit to dust down ,thats the thing!

I've never needed to. I have some 'normal' black trousers i might wear and some old fairly plain shirts. hoping i can pull a plain black jumper /shirt combo .

Blag mode in full effect

hit up a discount store and get some proper slacks and a button up, and a tie. $50 could go a long way bro... or 50 quid... whatever you spend.

Had one of my 3 final exams today, it went alright.
Came home, spent ages just mixing without recording, I ain't even mad.
Now I am slouched in bed with no intention of doing anything, just pottering over which album to buy - Gang Gang Dance or Hyetal's debut -q-

Just got back from seeing Sufjan Stevens, one of the best gigs I've been to in years. Absolutely incredible.

Just got back from the innovation in the sun warm up,

my set went fairly good and I got to play an extra 25 minutes as captain crunch was late. Pulled off an ambitious mix at one point too with both turntables and a cdj at once. Never tried doing anything like that before and it worked.

Then terror danjah played an unbelievably sick set later on in the night.
