Not impressed by Brazil or Chile (obviously). Some crazy weak penalties as well. Cesar looked like he was going to die beforehand

I guess Colombia was solid?

First time I've liked how Webb does it.

Hope to see Quintero a bit more, him and Jackson Martinez have been underwhelming apart from one game. Still wow.

Hope Mexico beat the Netherlands. Don't like Van Persie or Robben. That Martins Indi is a proper dirty tnuc.

No, he has been class. Though he probably shouldn't have been put on left back today.

Stupid from Marquez, if you stick a foot out anywhere near Robben there's only going to be one outcome.

By far my least favourite player in world football

Except for earlier in the game when Robben hurdled the slide to try & shoot?

But yeah silly move in the 90+ minute

Haha you people are so sad.
Every goddamn country south of France would cheer their harts out for some flopping tnuc... supporting him, wanting him to take a dive. Netherlands is known to frown upon that kind of behavior..
We've had two bad penalty calls against us anyway.

Also the whole team is made up of 20 year olds who play in Eredivisie and you focus on the two, frankly world class players in front. This team is defying all odds coming this far and you can't even move past one dive.

I wanted to get into that comment about Indi being a 'dirty tnuc', but I saw it was posted by rocky

Statistics don't lie, they didn't create more chances than we did. Mexico was better in the first half though. Second half was quite poor, especially the last 20 minutes.

*edit: I seem to have missed a moment where Arjen was clearly fouled in the box in first half.
Anyway after reviewing the final one, I think he took the opportunity to strongly exaggerate a small trip by Marquez, very easy to do of course as the ball is not even close.
I'd like to believe that I wouldn't make that tackle on someone like Robben at that moment in the game :)
