I let myself go during the summer; gained around 10 pounds.

On the plus side my mat, yoga blocks and weights arrived today so I'll be on a new routine and diet in no time.

Worked really hard these past 6 weeks, put on 15 lbs haha.

My weights got used heavilly for about a month after i bought them, now they've been sitting unused in the cupboard for about a year. I've put on about a stone since i finished uni..

Anyone have anything to say about the Stanton T62 turntable? They're a hell of a lot less pricey than technics and the reviews seem generally positive. Do you think I'd get along fine with them as a beginner DJ?

technics or you may as well not fuckin bother. in fact, ur elite dubstep vinyls will probably refuse to play on stanton (they have no bassweight). what a stupid question.

In all seriousness, I learnt to mix on some bog standard numark £99 for 2 decks and a mixer. Only upgraded to technics because the price was too good to pass up.

sorry to hear you all putting on a couple of extra pounds. I on the other hand have lost 33 pounds over the winter months. Given it's going to be a warm summer I plan to be shirtless for the most of it.
