Gives me chance to learn some Spanish other than swearwords, asking for beer, and telling someone the lobster was delicious
Whereabouts is she moving? Spanish is a beautiful language and Spain a beautiful country... try and make the most of it. My parents spend more and more time out there now they're retired, it's a great way of life. Long distance is difficult, but if you're both willing to make the effort it's one of the best ways to 'prove' your relationship (if you still want to see her knowing that it'll take a few hours on Easyjet to accomplish you obviously like her a lot).

When my ex moved away it became pretty obvious that weren't as bothered about each other as we'd thought... was a good thing to find out! :o

She's half Spanish, half Irish, so is going to be moving back in with her Mum and sister in their mahoosive Madrid apartment. We've been together just over 2yrs, and tbh she's the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with. Plus she's going out there to get her head down and study for some next level doctor exams until February, so it's a big career step for her.

And yeah, EJ returns in November were like £39, cheaper than getting the train to Bristol ffs.

Fucking hell, that makes my £93 every other week to go to PLYMOUTH seem even more obscene. I'm just going to nip out and firebomb First Great Western. #twitterjoketrial

Just realised that's the first time I've ever said that to myself. Typed it without giving it a second thought. Fuck.

Conversely, I'd have to be offered at least £93 before I'd even consider going to Plymouth.

I like Plymouth.

Sorry to hear about your woes, Wub. Long distance is do-able though. Don't let people tell you otherwise.

Off to a party tonight to see people I've not seen for like 3 years, but the 3 day codeine binge plus a spoons vindaloo last night have massively taken its toll on my insides. My poos are an impossible combination of constipation and diarrhoea and I've got the worst headache and nausea ever.

man that sucks...but are you sure your landlord can kick you out on such short notice? seems a bit odd. maybe you can buy yourself some time there.

sadly, he can. the guy who owns the place has rented it out to a girl who has rented it to us because she has gotten a new appartment.
but it turns out he has found out we are living here and she isn't and that she is now allowed to rent it to us.
we have nothing to do what so ever other than moving. And actually he wants us out on sunday... thats not gonna happen though, even if he tries to throw us out himself.
So at the moment we're trying to get him to accept that we're staying for at least a week in order to find something else to live in....
