Just bought Traffic for £2 in a charity shop.

Anyone seen it??

Basically bought it because it's got Benicio Del Toro in it and I don't think I've ever seen him in a bad film.

Traffic is mostly good, the storyline of Douglas and his toff daughter is a bit sonica but I liked it apart from that

Love it. Doesn't mean it's not a 'bad' movie though.

Still a damn sight fucking better than View To A Kill or Moonraker.

I allways remember LtK as being really fucked up when I last saw it.
Saying all this I can only really remember Golden Eye and Moonraker out of all the bond films.

It was pretty burly (relatively speaking) in terms of violence, first Bond to carry a 15 certificate IIRC - Leiter getting fed to the great white, his wife getting gang raped, the guy who runs off with Sanchez' girl getting his heart cut out, Del Toro's death in particular is GRIM

Uck, even without that unnecessary subplot it's terrible. The gondola/hovercraft, the pigeon that does the double take, the mass laser battle in space which is an exact copy of the battle with the divers in Thunderball, the fucking zero g sex scene? FUCK RIGHT OFF.

I really like Licence to kill

Moonraker is fucking stupid though

On her majesty's secret service is a total disaster too

I can't remember what View To A Kill is like apart from it has Christopher Walken in it being funny as fuck
