at 0.28 i would scrap the vocals and make it mental all sorts of sounds and then bring in the chorus then back crazy again..

hey man I like it, solid dubstep and eminem is great for dubstep/grime. The scratching is funky too.

Unfortunately (I had the same problem dubstepping a hiphop tune down to 73 bpm): you can "feel" the dragged down tempo and it sounds a bit like the guy is drunk (no disrespect man).

If I may be more technical, grime has a 16th note pulse in the vocals at 140 bpm (say its 140), which would correspond to 32nd note pulse at 70 bpm.
If you slow down a hiphop record with rapping in 16th notes at 85 bpm, the result is a swinged 8th note pattern over a 140 bpm tune, which is a bit more specific than saying the guy "sounds drunk".
