Help me out

Post by oirignal nuttah » Thu Aug 20, 2009 11:55 pm

Yes i am a noob and this has probly been sed before by other noobs but i gotta start somewhere. this is a whole new place with memebers ive never heard of before lol. im usually on www.dnbforum.com . im a drum and bass head see. known dubstep for a while but only just wanting to give it more attention. i had to answer a verification question i didnt know to log up so i used google haha.

so i know the odd producers. skream, benga, coki, caspa, rusko, reso.

basicly, i hear alot of dubstep (usually from caspa n rusko) which is wobbly n that. lots of them releaseses on chemical records. easy to find.

im looking for a diffrent kinda thing to that tho. either two things really.

1: atmospheric deepish stuff. heard burials - dog shelter n thought wow. could there be dubstep like that with drops? i have no idea. tis why im here.

2: been recently gettin into that lovely dub raggae feel from like skream - dutch flowers or skream - blue eyez. so yh liking that sound too. or anything with soul really.

so as u can see im a noob but would really apreicate it if you could help me in the right derection..

Hmmm that borgore guy and jazzsteppa seem to be very errrm dark i dno how to describe it.

was listening to caspa - born to do it. thats alot more what im lookin for i guess.

currently lookin up someone called darkstar too. sum of his bits r alright.

was listening back to my old little dubstep collection. listening to rusko babylon vol1. i know he makes alot of wobbly stuff and that but i think jehova and lions paw r good. and love is real is pretty good too but dnt sound dubsteppy?
