He can live from this. His face is split yes, but not gone. Motorcycle accidents and gunshot accidents are far worse. They actually remove your face. You can hear the guy breathing in this video. you can see that his eyes are intact. But he probably suffered some brain damage, so he might not live. This is life and death man. I feel sorry for him and his family.

I just got my tooth removed about 2 hours ago so it's not really bothering me so much.

There was a picture on rotten.com back in the 90's of a man who had his face opened up from a motor cycle. man.. that pic made me shaking for hours. There is ALOT of space in the sinus cavity that just seems huge when your face pops open. Kinda hard to imagine until you see it.
