all that multiband/loudness is getting you nowhere...PLEASE DONT DESTROY THE DYNAMICS THAT DUBSTEP HAS,
thats why a lot of that westcoast sound isnt listenable, because its compressed to death...

just look at ultrablack waveblocks and compare them to some decent dubstep from dmz or deepmedi!!! :o

its all bout dynamix

something tells me that you are using Izotope Ozone, which is why you listed "genre specific mastering" because you probably use the presets like "drum & bass eq" or "house master"

something also tells me that you most likely downloaded this software illegally and are now charging people to click some presets, tweak it a bit, and send them an overcompressed, extremely loud and obnoxious wav file

Redemption Song...

Post by builderbeats » Fri Oct 23, 2009 1:29 am

Thanks everybody for taking the time reply. I know how busy you all must be.

$10 bucks was my initial thought too. I will go with your suggestion. Thanks.

For the record, what I'm offering is Quick, Cheap Mastering for those of us who don't have money or means to do it themselves. This is not Top-of-the-line hardware, with a licensed and trained professional who would just love to kiss your ass. This is Loudness!! Harmonic Exciters, Dynamics, EQ & Maximization, plain and simple. Hear for yourself...

Genre Tuning™ is actually the practice of comparing your master (audio/wavform) to known sources and the adjustments thereafter.

Unlike most here, I actually own my software. Why don't you all post your license keys as proof of purchase...lol.

Oh and yes, you should bookmark my site: http://www.mastermytune.com

I composed these tracks and mastered them myself. Thoughts?! :z:

Yeah seriously. I thought Borgore put an end to dynamics, lol. Isn't he from Israel?! Being different is such risk isn't it?! Oh wait, that's right, we're the trend setters. Shit I've had my head at my desk so long I forgot.
