REQUEST FOR A DSF CHATBOX

Post by mr sleepz » Sun Nov 01, 2009 3:54 pm

i dont know weather this is the right place to post this, but who else agrees if we had a chatbox at the top of the homepage of DSF, like alot of other forums do, it would bring the scene closer together as a community, and would keep more people up to date with radio shows & such.
PS: if this has already been suggested, apologies

YOUR THOUGHTS

PPS: how would we actually get this idea rolling :D

I don't reckon it's necessary, the forum moves pretty fast and is well laid out without an extra box of spammy messages ;)

and to be honest, what would a forum chat box do that a radio station chat box could do better?

A chat would be hella bandwidth intensive as well for something like this. I wouldn't mind an IRC channel for DSF, there are a lot of people who don't know or care what Sub.fm is.

EDIT: though Sub.fm chat is also hella toasty.

The Sub FM chat is always hella fun, and keeps people up to date with the important shows on air. :P

I don't reckon we need one, this forum moves too fast anyway.
