This December 5th marks three years of Various Bass in Portland and we are pleased to announce the return of DJG (SF) and welcome Lloop (NYC via Wien, Austria)!
Brought to you live and direct by the original Various crew Ryan Organ, Monkeytek and Jon A.D. !
Hosted by Jagga Culture pon de mic and heavy heavy monster sound as always courtesy of H.A.S. Systems.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Various through time and to all players of tunes who come through to keep the vibes right.
San Francisco homeboy DJG (Lo Dubs, NarcoHZ, Wheel & Deal) comes to this Dubstep thing with a vibe all his own and deep sexy basslines to rattle your soul! In the dance, Dean proves his mettle and versatility rocking fresh dubs from top ranking producers worldwide. DJG played a smashing set at Various in April 2009 and we loved it so much, we insisted he return for our 3 year party!
He has a slew of releases on labels such as Narco HZ, Tube 10, Untitled!, Pressing Issues and Noppa as well as a 12" coming out on Lo Dubs very soon ("The Gate" / "Obsessed").

Extra special guest ... LLOOP!
LLOOP - pioneer of illbeint downtempo, jungle and dub, Lloop, alongside Once 11 and Dj Olive was a member of the seminal New York City trio known as We™. Born Rich Panciera in Philidelphia, Rich spent the mid/late 1990's in NYC working prolifically with We as well as solo and doing remix work for the likes of David Byrne and Silver Apples. He is currently living in Wein, Austria.
In 2008, he released a superb chunk of Dubwise dubstep called "60 Hertz" on theAgriculture. We are especially pleased to be graced with a rare appearance of one of our favorites!!!
