go into reason ..
Find the sample callled "obex"
Its sounds very much the same, hmm i have heard it on qutie a few song "black and gold" rusko aswell i think Lol
But its of course its been messed about with, 1st thing put a fitter on it maybe with a phase unit, long reverb for the decay but if i remember right the sample in the 1st place has a good tail on it.
(lacks abit in the low end tho, layer with some tom or something crazy but at a very low volume,.
and that should kinda like it!

It's probably a sampled recording of a small hammer on a sheet of metal. Try the soundtracks to Goldeneye and Leon if you wanna sample one.

spanks for the help, its supposidly a woodblock reverbed..i even asked the person who made the original goldeneye 64 track about it,but got air lol
