LEEDS

Post by corpsey » Sun Dec 03, 2006 7:08 am

Wicked night, I'm far too fucked to type this but anyway still

Pokes and Skream owe me drinks, don't think I'll forget. Big up Kamal and co for ferrying me up there.

Remarc was SICK- all I want from ragga mungle is bass amens and some jamiacan business. Youngsta at the end was too good, man mixes like a fucking machine.

Big up tronman and whoever else I saw in there, big night.

Only thing was I thought it lacked vibes, peopke standing still for big tunes isn't a good look basically.

But big up DMZ crew for bringing something down there you know

By the super skanking fun bus!!!!!

Feckin awesome night. awesome. It was sooooo loud, like seriously loud! Chestlemania had me pinned to the dancefloor all night.

Top tunes:
Anti War Dub - it never fails to amaze me how feckin good and bassy this tune is...so big on Irration SS.

Hijak played a wicked tune which spelt out his name - the H, the I, the J, the A, the K....what is that?

Benga - err everything he played smasherooney!!!

If fact big up to all the DMZ family and dubstep fraternity - especially Yella for sorting the coach up from LDN, Tronman for speaker action on coach, Larging up Boom and Deapoh, Bliss, Emma, Saran, James and all teh bus crew.

Larging up Ramadanman, good to meet ya mate.

Worst moment of night: 7am - taking a piss a gale. My piss was going sideways :o and lost a zoot behind my ear!! :(

Didn;t need it anyway...

FEck what a ramble...sorry peeps. It was immense!

my first dmz Leeds - wikkkid night! nice to meet all the bus crew, too. Woke up this morning with one normal ear and one ear lost to flatline ringing. Shouldn't have taken my earplugs out for youngsta, huh?

heavy night

the bass actually sucks the air out of your lungs it is that loud

down the front the vibes were wicked but do agree with corpsey there were far too many people standing around - possibly something to do with the thick green haze

Hatcha and Benga got me jumping around, good to hear magnetic man II on a big system as well

I was moaning about it all night, I think I was exaggerating to be fair. Sometimes when I looked down on the dancefloor from the side it was going off big. Just shut me up. Think I was just expecting it to be like Mass, everyone bouncing off walls and screaming like monkeys lol

Skream - Lemon is fucked. that tune MRK.1 played with the biiggest sub line ever made was ridiculous i thought i was gonna throw chunks. DMZ&Loefah kill it every single time. Lean FWD always makes me bumrush the decks and go a bit special.
