reasons freezing but still playing HELP!

hi,
ive had reason on my new computer for about 6 months now and had no problem, until the other day i loaded a sample on there, which i chopped up in recycle then loaded into drREX and since then the tune ive bin makin still plays fine but the computer keeps freezin for a couple of seconds. And if i open another tune after being on that 1 it happens to the one ive opens too.
Dont what it could be, if its the soundcard or what (ive still only got the soundcard the computer come with) but it was workin fine till i loaded the sample.
NEED HELP UGENTLY

Probably this, but if you actually bought it and your pc specs are as recommended then just contact the customer service of ask on the reason forum.

it isnt a cracked version, some how its working fine again :s

It's most likely a RAM issue. It will also do that if you have way to much delay or reverb on your projects. There's a setting in preferences that will allow you to free up some RAM by turning down the quality of the graphical user interface. You can try that if the problem comes up again. Also, closing Recycle wile your using Reason helps free up RAM as well.

I get this problem all the time with Ableton. Like someone said its memory issues. i only have 8 gb left on my harddrive so it always freezes up.
