live pa with flstudio ?

so fl studio has live mode does anybody use it to perform live and if so what all do you use in your setup for live shows

I love FL but the "live" mode is just some bolted on crap.

Don't bother with it, loads of better alternatives.

yeah, the live mode is lacking, but it is definitely workable. abelton would be a much better option. i'm not sure if there are certain controllers that are more compatible and make it easier to work with live mode in fl, but you pretty much have to manually program your controller to send the right midi data for each pattern starting with c4 unless you're using a keyboard. last i knew you could not simply assign a live mode pattern to be automated by a specic, pad, knob, etc by linking it. if you want to do a live pa without loading new projects, you'd need a bunch of patterns and a controller with enough keys, pads, or something else to trigger them. it is limited to 999 patterns.
