I'm actually in on a Saturday night saving my dough for Thursday... Would have fancied having a chat with some other Dubstep producers actually, don't really fancy spending 2 hours just to get some girl on msn to get her nips out...
Why does DSF not have a chat room? I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets bored

It doesn't work quite the same when everybody is on different servers, ie. Aim, Sub and the other one lol... I'm saying it would be decent if everyone could all go together to one place, so you know that people you speak to on here on a forum basis could be potential 'buddies' as well (that sounds bare geeky haha).
I haven't been on a chatroom in years, but I know when I go on my ps3 and see the regulars it's a similar sort of thing and you always have a good laugh... Just think it would be awesome for the dubstep heads as we could so easily trade links, chat about events, find out who your locals are for drinks down the pub and collabos... Sounds like a plan to me lol
Is there any way we can get a vote going?

The problem you'll have is 1000 different conversations in the same window and it would get messy especially with all the producers lol.

we can just make a producer channel on Efnet or any other irc server. we don't have to have it related to this forum.
I love it here but plugging in a chatbox for the production forum is a tall order and one that will most likely fall on deaf ears... the admins like things the way they are.
I help run a few different channels and I will gladly help set up a dedicated channel on a safe server.
we can make it invite only to minimize the trolls
I can make it happen tonight if you guys think it's a good idea, but I can see a lot of "how duz I maek the wobbles?" questions

Yes boss!
For the trolls, as you suggested you should keep it as invite only

I am cool with that
we can set it up invite only with registered "Nicks" and a password to get in
that way, if someone comes in and starts trolling we can send them on their way.
I will do my best to get this set this up tonight.

Yeah nice idea. Also like the exclusive feel to the chatroom!
