Hey man i'm quite a fan of minimal chilled out ish like this but it needs quite a lot of work.

The drums sound dated and stale. Try processing them more and layering up different sounds. Maybe add in utilize some drum loops to get more movement, filter out everything but the highest frequencies. The same goes for the pads, they sound a bit "presety" try whacking some effects on and using some automation to make the sound evolve. I'd also plan out the structure a bit more.

Hope that helps you a bit creatively.

think you may have listened to the tune in my signature by mistake the one i was posting is fertilizer which is the one above thanks for the feedback tho ill give it a try
