Hey man i'm quite a fan of minimal chilled out ish like this but it needs quite a lot of work.
The drums sound dated and stale. Try processing them more and layering up different sounds. Maybe add in utilize some drum loops to get more movement, filter out everything but the highest frequencies. The same goes for the pads, they sound a bit "presety" try whacking some effects on and using some automation to make the sound evolve. I'd also plan out the structure a bit more.
