Good VSTs for atmosphere noise (intros)

Was just wondering if anyone can sugest some good vsts for FL7 that are either already on FL or that can be found on the net as this is one element im having probs with in my beats, ne help is appreciated :t:

Just massively stretch out wind or some kind of ambient recorded audio clips, the eq the excess freqs away, n put it through some flangers/phasers/reverbs/delays.

A good trick, depending on the sound you are using, is to send it through a reverb and completely turn off the dry signal.
Insant eerie sounds!
