8-bit dubstep?

Post by dubaddicted915 » Tue Feb 02, 2010 3:36 am

I'm trying to find some more music that sounds similar to Doctor P's rasputins gold. I have been told that the sound used in it is an 8 bit sound, Borgore used some similar sounds as well. Some clarification/producers/mixes would be appreciated! :D:

Quarta 330
Zomby
Flying Lotus
...

But I don't think you really understand what 8 bit means. The 8 bit stuff in that track (eyes on fire) is the little melody that sounds nintendo-ish.

Ok fair enough, than is there a specific quote-unquote "name" for that sound that accompanies it in eyes on fire?
