I've been playing drums for about 7 years but I've stopped practicing recently.

I wish :(

I would love to be able to play the piano.

This is near godliness for me, playing the piano with a backwards melody whilst singing - the words are said forwards but pronounced with a backwards melody.. :o

A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be ultimately at peace with himself. What a man can be, he must be.

Indeed... my Dad started learning properly at 62 after bashing away for fun (rather tuneless jazz-improv fun to keyboard backing beats!) for most of my life, three years later and he's sounding pretty good...

Arghh, jokes aside, I once "snapped" (that's the usual assumption, but it's far worse, more like a salt-and-vinegar burn mark) mine due to the ol' beast wi' two backs. At the time I thought it was my dirty bitch of a girlfriend on her period

Anyway, yeah, play geeetar mainly, 9 years. Got a fistful of transferable skills over other instruments, but these days more into just composing electronic shite.
On the look out for some budding MCs to dabble with!
